Warranty
All items offered are genuine and come with a full warranty. We guarantee that all items are in good condition. If this is not the case or there is a defect, this will be expressly stated in the offer. If necessary, we can, at an additional cost and in consultation, have more expensive items certified by a recognized inspector.

Right of Withdrawal
Is the product not as expected? You can return your order without giving a reason 14 days after receipt. Please note that the item(s) must be undamaged, unaltered and complete.
If you want to return an order, go through the following steps:

  1. Send an email to within 14 days of receipt info@europost.nl or call 076 5614923
    Please have your order number at hand. Indicate that you wish to return your product(s). If you meet the 14-day period, we agree.
  2. Then send your products immediately return. Add the following information:
    • A (copy of) packing slip or invoice clearly stating your address details + order number

NB Returns must be shipped well packaged. Return postage costs are not reimbursed.

3. Your purchase amount will be transferred by our payment provider Mollie within 14 days of receiving the returned order. For example, if you paid via Ideal, you will receive the amount in your bank account. If you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to this card.

Collections and the like and/or articles that are made available upon special request by the customer orders are excluded from this. This will always be clearly indicated in the quotation/offer.
