Europost is happy to buy your banknotes

Collecting banknotes has never been so popular. Since the introduction of the Euro, this has only grown. This collecting mania may be because we travel more these days or simply because we are nostalgic for the beautiful banknotes of yesteryear. That is why we are constantly looking for collections, small and large, to purchase. Whether it is a collection of Dutch banknotes or a collection from all the countries you have ever been to. But we are also interested in banknotes that have been out of circulation for a long time, your leftover banknotes from your holiday that are no longer exchangeable at the bank. But a pile of old banknotes from the Dutch East Indies that have come to light when clearing out a house can now be worth a fortune. For banknotes, the better the quality, the higher the denomination, the easier to sell, so the higher the return! We can pay a market-conform price for almost every batch thanks to our large international clientele.

No uncertainty and a better price

The price we offer you is in many cases approximately 40% higher than when selling via an auction house. You will receive a net price from us, without any further costs. With us, you know immediately where you stand. Selling via an auction means uncertainty about the proceeds and whether everything will be sold. In many cases, a rosier proceeds are promised in advance, but without any guarantee. Between the time of delivery and payment at an auction, it can take up to 6 months.
At Europost we value where you are, and if you are interested you will receive a market-based offer immediately! You know immediately where you stand.
So why wait, to usually receive a lower price?

Calculation example for sales via an auction:

If the buyer is willing to pay €1000,- at an auction then his bid is only €800,-! Because for the buyer the auction costs of 25% are added.

This way the buyer arrives at a purchase amount of € 1000,- (€ 800,- + 25% = € 1000,-). However, the seller does not receive those € 800,- in his hands, the seller also deducts 10 to 25% in auction costs.

The seller will therefore receive an amount between €6 and €600 approximately 720 weeks after the auction.

Would you like to sell us your banknotes?

Please contact us by phone in advance! Where possible, we will try to give you an estimated price of the proceeds in advance. But we also try to prevent you from visiting our store for nothing. You can also send us the banknote collection, after which you will receive the final offer by phone. If you agree, the agreed amount will be transferred. If you do not agree, we will return the collection to you.

About 70% of the banknote collections offered at Europost, and for which there is interest, are purchased by us! If that is not proof. Convince yourself and make an appointment.
