Delivery
We do our utmost to have the order delivered to you as soon as possible. The expected delivery time is stated for all products. However, this is an indication. Europost has a large stock which is available in our store in Breda. In addition, we work with the external stock of accessories from our suppliers, some of which are located in Germany. We ship the majority of orders within 3 days. If your order has to come from Germany, the delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. Due to our experiences, we try to specify this more and more accurately per product.
Shipping
- the Netherlands: For orders up to €50,00 that can be placed in a letterbox package, this is €4,25. For orders up to €100,00 that are sent by parcel post, this is €6,95. Orders from €50,00 (letterbox parcel) / €100,00 (parcel post) are shipped free of charge.
- When you exclusively order stamps you pay no shipping.
- If you order for less than € 20,00... Then you pay € 5,00 handling costs excluding shipping costs, regardless of the type of order or packaging!
- Belgium and Germany: The shipping costs are €6,95. Orders from € 100,00 are shipped free of charge.

- France: The shipping costs are € 12,95. Orders from € 250,00 are shipped free of charge.

- When you exclusively order stamps you pay €12,95
- If you order for less than € 20,00... Then you pay € 5,00 handling costs excluding shipping costs, regardless of the type of order or packaging!
- All orders over €500,00 are shipped free of charge.
- Europe II (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, United Kingdom and Switzerland): Shipping costs are €29,95.
- When you exclusively order stamps you pay €13,95
- If you order for less than € 20,00... Then you pay € 5,00 handling costs excluding shipping costs, regardless of the type of order or packaging!
- All orders over €500,00 are shipped free of charge.
- Other countries:
- When you exclusively order stamps you pay €16,95 for orders up to €500,00. From €500,00 you pay no shipping costs.
- For all other orders: You will receive a separate invoice from us for the shipping costs, possibly with a carrier of your choice. We always try to keep costs as low as possible.
Handling costs:
In order to offer our competitive prices and quality, we have a minimum order value of € 20,00 (excluding shipping costs). However, if you would like to order for a smaller amount, you can of course do this at Europost. However, we do charge a handling fee of €5,00 for this. These handling costs are intended for, among other things, packaging costs, labor, insurance, transport to the distribution center, etc. In addition to saving on shipping costs, we also save the environment when orders are combined, which means that fewer packaging materials are used and fewer kilometers have to be traveled.
Track & trace
Almost all our orders are sent with a track & trace code. You will receive an email from the carrier as soon as we have registered the package, so that you can track the package. Didn't you receive an email? Please check whether you have provided us with the correct e-mail address or check your spam box.
Many carriers allow you to indicate whether you want to receive it at a delivery point or, for example, only in the evening.

Accidentally passed a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Pick up
Would you like to collect your order? Then you can also indicate during the ordering process that you would like to collect your order yourself in Breda. Of course, this option is free. Please wait before collecting until you receive a message that the entire order is ready. You can pick up during our regular opening hours. You have the choice to pay on site in our store or during ordering with the payment method of your choice.
